In 20 minutes, work the circuit as heavy as possible:

-6 Back Squats

-6 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (3/side)

-6 Push-ups (weighted if possible)

Then:

rx:

300m run

20 burpees

10 heavy goblet squats

rx+:

10 heavy double dumbbell front squats

20 burpees

300m run

E2MOM for 16 minutes:

2)100m run + max reps push press
