In 20 minutes, work the circuit as heavy as possible:

-6 Strict Press from the floor

-6 Strict pull-ups (weighted if possible)

-6 Front Rack Lunges 3/side (with press weight if possible). rx+ Overhead lunges

Then:

climb the ladder by 3’s for 15 minutes:

sx: jumping pull-ups and wall ball thrusters

rx: pull-ups and wallballs

rx+: C2B and wallballs
