CrossFit:

In 20 minutes, work the circuit as heavy as possible:

-8 Strict Press from the floor

-8 Strict pull-ups (weighted if possible)

-8 Front Rack Lunges 4/side (with press weight if possible). rx+ Overhead lunges

Then:

rx:

Climb the ladder by 4’s for 15 minutes:

Deadlifts 135/95

Push Press 135/95

rx+:

Add half the number of ring muscle-ups for each round.

4/4/2RMU 8/8/4RMU 12/12/6 RMU, etc…
