CrossFit:

In 20 minutes, complete LM Front Squat and Upper Body Pull

If already completed one or both, complete the circuit for 20 minutes (5 front squats AHAP 10 Bent over barbell rows AHAP)

Then:

Partner up and complete the lactic tolerance test that matches the lower of those 2 levels or a higher level than you currently have (only for those who have existing level)

If already completed Lactic tolerance and are happy with level, complete:

12 Wallballs

200m Run

*Rest any time that remains. If not completed, start over on the rower every 3 minutes
