Have a question about CrossFit Diehard? Wow, we must be great mind readers. Hopefully we can answer a few for you in the FAQs below. If not, feel free to contact us and we’ll reply back as soon as we can.
What Is Crossfit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, sports, and life all reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

What does pricing look like?

Unlimited Membership plans are $170/month. Check out our full range of membership options on our Programs page.

I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

Our Foundations program is a 3 day introductory class designed to make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. You'll learn the basic movements and as you demonstrate proficiency, we'll add on appropriate intensity and complexity.

Foundations is a small group course with one of our knowledgeable trainers. You’ll have the chance to bond with others trying CrossFit for the first time, and because it’s a small group, your coach has the opportunity get to know you and how to help you make quick progress.

Is CrossFit dangerous?

In short, yes, CrossFit can be dangerous. But not in the ways you might believe. With improper coaching, unkept equipment and a misguided attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at CrossFit Diehard will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.

What's a WOD?

A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.

What's your drop-in policy?

We love having visiting athletes come to our facility! Our drop in rate is $10 or just purchase a t-shirt! Let us know you're dropping by and one of our fantastic coaches will be happy to show you around!
