CrossFit Diehard’s classes are fun and high-energy, but also instructional and tailored to each individual member. The common denominator is the community. Whether you’re just starting out, or pursuing sport-specific training, you’ll be surrounded by the most motivated, inspirational athletes around. Not only are the people amazing, but every class is lead and designed by the best coaches anywhere. Every workout and training session is smartly programmed to ensure you make incremental but significant progress toward your personal goals.
  • CrossFit

    CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level.

    We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. It’s as hard as it needs to be, and as you push yourself to make you fitter bit by bit with each workout.

  • Half & Half

    Half and Half is half CrossFit metabolic conditioning (metcon) and half mobility and yoga. The first half of class will boost your fitness, tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance by combining weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity. The second half of class is a relaxing combination of yoga and other mobility techniques that will increase range of motion, decrease pain and prevent injuries.

  • QuickFit

    If you are looking for maximal results in minimal time, QuickFit is for you. QuickFit is a 30 minute class designed for those short on time and still want to get fit, be ripped and get in great shape. We combine core work and cardio, with light to moderate weights and the best bodyweight movements to get your Fit, Fast!!!

  • Personal Training and Skill Sessions

    Our Personal Training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete looking to break through a stubborn plateau.

    Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals and blow them out of the water.

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations program is a 3 session course designed to be informational and instructional for those new to CrossFit. This 1 week program teaches the foundational movements to ensure that every member has a solid base to build more complex and challenging exercises as they progress through their fitness journey. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to get to know other new members and find that workout buddy, and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us.

  • InBody Body Composition Scan

    Get scanned on our state-of-the art InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer to provide you a full body scan that shows you your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, total body water, basal metabolic rate and more!

    This scan is extremely helpful to show you not only your starting point, but also to help you track visible results as you progress through your fitness journey.
