You got off the couch and decided to lose the weight and get strong.

-lose weight and get ripped

-burn fat and build muscle

-and get strong all at the same time, so you gave it a try.


You found out quickly that CrossFit is much more than an effective workout program, but it is a community of like minded individuals that all want you to succeed. Now that you’ve started, theres some things you should know!
