“Half and Half” is half CrossFit metabolic conditioning (metcon) and half mobility and yoga. The first half of class will boost your fitness, tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance by combining weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity.




The second half of class is a relaxing combination of yoga and other mobility techniques, set to Bob Marley or Jack Johnson type music, that will increase range of motion, decrease pain and prevent injuries.
