We are not just a fitness program. At CrossFit Diehard we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Diehard for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.

This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.

No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the CrossFit Diehard family.

The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans, extends from gym life to the world around us.

our story

CrossFit Solus was established in December of 2009. Our gym started in our 800 square foot shop with just a handful of friends and some lofty dreams that we could change the way that people thought about fitness. After seeing multiple physical transformations from our members through the CrossFit workouts and a Zone/ Paleo style diet, we knew there was something special to this program.

Our passion for CrossFit grew even stronger as we noticed the mental and emotional effects it had on people. The workouts were hard, sometime unbearable, but we were a team and we all battled it out together and bonded from it. Over time we could see the confidence, camaraderie and genuine care for our fellow athlete grow more and more each day.

In the beginning, we thought we were just selling fitness, but in reality we were developing relationships, building self confidence, overcoming insecurities, forging grittiness, learning empathy, and on top of all of the dramatic physical transformations that were in the works, the mental transformations were by far the most gratifying. Our Mission was simple, transform one life at a time. Every person that stepped foot into our gym, we made it our goal to give them best possible service and training program that we could. It didn’t matter where you came from or what your background was, for that hour of that day, we were a family and we were there to support you. A family that strived to make this the BEST hour of your day!

In 2011, me moved into our commercial location in town. As we approach year 11 of our affiliation, our vision for the future remains the same. We are in constant pursuit of excellence in all that we do and we will always strive to improve our program the best we can. Our community of athletes at CrossFit Solus are second to none. They are some of the most caring and supportive group you will ever meet. We value every relationship we get to have with all our athletes and thank God to have them in our lives.

BARRY "BOZ" BOSWELL

OWNER AND HEAD COACH

Boz was truly passionate about fitness from a very young age. So much so that as a young teenager when most of his peers were more interested in video games, he convinced his parents to allow him to convert their garage into his personal gym. Since then, Boz has been dedicated to strength and fitness, and helping people live active, fulfilling lives.

Boz found CrossFit in his senior year at Liberty University where he was pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. While he was learning how to make people stronger and perform better, he was becoming bored with his own exercise program. CrossFit changed the way he saw fitness, provided him with unparalleled results, and gave him an avenue to build a dream career. Today, Boz strives to help people discover their own strength and abilities, and to show them how to accomplish what they believe to be the impossible.

LOUISA

COACH/MEDIA AND OUTREACH DIRECTOR

Louisa has a background in Yoga and Aerial Arts. She taught Yoga for several years and performed Lyra for several years as well. She started her CrossFit journey as a way to get stronger and has been with CrossFit Diehard since 2020. She loves to help others realize their potential mentally and physically and is dedicated to helping others become who they have always wanted to be. Most of all she loves to make people smile!!!

JESSY FOX

COACH

Jessy is a veteran volleyball player and coach, and she found a love for CrossFit after setting a goal: to be in the best shape of her life by 30. “Sure enough, CrossFit did the trick!” she says, while recounting her story. “A couple of years later, the opportunity of becoming a CrossFit coach was there so I jumped on it.”

Jessy doesn’t view this as her job, but more as a purpose. “It just feels right to be around people trying to make their day a little better. And, if I can help members achieve any fitness goals, reach a PR, or witness anyone do a movement for the first time… that’s just like bonus points!” she says. “What I love most about coaching is the social interactions and the relationships/community being built. I enjoy being around people but I also like getting to know the members personally.”

Fun facts about Jessy: Before coaching volleyball and CrossFit, she was an elementary school P.E teacher in Denver, Colorado. She also speaks both English and French.

Morgan Pollock

COACH

Helping people improve their healthy has always been one of my biggest goals. I am currently in studying to get my BS in Kinesiology, and I plan to be a PE teacher or athletic director. I love to see people walk in the gym, accomplish a new movement or kill a workout and leave with a smile on their face! Ever since I started CrossFit I knew I was gonna love it. I previously did competitive gymnastics and was looking for a sport similar after I stopped competing and shortly after I started doing CrossFit! I was hooked after the first workout and haven’t looked back since. The CrossFit community is absolutely amazing, the support and drive one gets from coaches and other members is what pushes me to try my best every day.

COACH AND MEMBER RELATIONS MANAGER

Keriann says helping someone reach a goal or just making someone’s day is her true passion. She believes in spreading kindness. “When someone comes into the gym in a down mood, I love when I can help them leave with a smile on their face,” she says.

Keriann has struggled with anxiety since middle school and has always used exercise as an outlet for it. When she first tried CrossFit, she was hooked. “Within my first month of CrossFit, I knew I wanted to become a coach,” she says. “I started to realize how much CrossFit was becoming a tool to help combat my anxiety. Not only was I was achieving things and doing movements I never thought I would be capable of doing, I had a community of people around me who actually cared about me and my progress, something I had never experienced in my previous workout regimen.”

Haley loves helping others better themselves physically and mentally. CrossFit changed her life and if she can help guide others to find a passion or feel better and live a better life, she’s all about it!Haley loves both the community and the competitive aspect of CrossFit, knowing while everyone has different goals they can all come together to achieve them.Haley knows and has experienced how being around good energy can significantly change her well being, both mentally AND physically. It is her goal to bring that good energy to her classes and to help others achieve that same experience through her coaching!

Membership hold POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

Membership change POLICY

Memberships can be changed from 3x/week, Unlimited, Plus, Platinum and Inner Circle. If you are on a grandfathered membership no longer offered and choose to switch from that membership to a current membership option, you will not be able to switch back to the old membership and will only be eligible for current membership offerings.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.

OUR DROP-IN POLICY

Our policy for both members and guests is that everyone participate in a class first. After, schedule and equipment permitting you can work on anything you would like. The exception to this is the designated "Open Gym" times designated on Saturdays on our schedule.

OUR DROP-IN RATES

We welcome drop-in’s from all over the world! Come on by, we’d love to meet you. Drop-in pricing is $20 per class per person. Alternately, you can purchase a drop-in/T-shirt combo for $40! If you will be here for a longer amount of time, you can purchase a 1 week pass for $60, which will give you access to our Chalk It Pro App, allowing you to see the workouts ahead of time.
