CrossFit:

Front Squat (Week 2 of 4)

Complete a few warm up sets, and then:

70% x 3

80% x 3

90% x max reps

SUPERSET with/

5 weighted push-ups w/ 3 second negative*

*please do push-ups without the tempo when alternating with warm-up sets of front squats

Then:

In 15 minutes:

rx:

40 Push-up Buy-in

Then:

AMRAP:

5 Light OHS (must be to depth, if this is not possible, scale to front squats)

10 Burpees over the bar

15 Wallballs

rx+:

40 HSPU buy-in

Then:

AMRAP:

5 Heavy OHS

10 Burpees over the bar

15 Wallballs

*for those going rx+, technique must not be an issue on any of the movements
